The two peaks on the left represents the salts present in all samples. The retention time of 1,3-PDO is 14.82 min as shown. The decline in concentration of 1,3-PDO across 72 h are shown here in blue (24 h), green (48 h) and purple (72 h). Also shown in the chromatogram, no intermediates were observed to be accumulated.
